Project Coordinator for CCTV and Security Products

Competencies Required FOR AM (PROJECT) – 1 No.

      SALARY  BETWEEN 22-28K PER MONTH DEPENDING UPON EXPERIENCE

 The candidate should posses a graduate degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical

Engineering

 Electrical or Electronics Diploma Holders & non-engineering graduates can also apply.

 Candidate should posses minimum of 1.5 year experience (in case of Engineering Degree),

3years of experience (in case of diploma), 5 years of experience (non-engineering graduate)

of handling of projects (installation & commissioning) of CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm &

other security & safety systems.

 Candidate should posses a good knowledge of various security & safety systems prevalent in

the market

 He/She should posses good analytical & communication skills

 Should posses experience related to financial planning related to projects.

 Should posses full understanding & appreciation of sub-documentation & risk assessment

methods

 Good experience of managing internal & external teams.

 Quality work in terms of planning, organising, directing, co-ordinating & resource utilisation.

 High ability to solve complex, difficult and intractable problems and delivers solutions that

have a positive, far-reaching and comprehensive organisational impact that influences

future events and decisions.

 Excellent team leadership, customer-focused and adept to customer service excellence.

 Work ethics and values.

 Willing to travel Pan-India for project execution.

JOB DESCRIPTION

       

 Co-ordination with Pre-sales team for Project Planning Processes & regular updations

 Co-ordination with technicians/engineers/contractors for all contract activities

 Co-ordination with customer for the pre-requisites of the project & day to day activities of

the project

 Day-to-day allocation of duties to self/technicians/engineers/contractors as per project plan.

 Day-to-day troubleshooting activities of the project & guidance to project team on the same

 Managing the supply at the site, installation & ensuring that executions are compliant to

contractual provisions

 Monitoring & reporting progress of projects on regular basis

 Initiating handover of the projects

 Software programming, hardware programming, connections & other site related works

 Preparing Handover documentation

 Ensuring proper receipt & submission of project documents like challans, invoices,

installation reports etc

 Procurement of subsidiary material like conduits etc for the project.

 Study of site drawings

 Attending site meetings & raising issues related to site in that meeting

 Drives continuos improvements & innovations to minimise the operational costs.
