Job Description for the Purchase Executive

·      Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders/work orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
·      Maintain complete update purchasing record/other record Data and pricing in the system.
·      Ensure competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative works.
·      Execution and Monitoring of all regular purchasing duties.
·      Coordinate with user departments and suppliers on the purchasing scope of work for projects assigned.
·      Support relevant departments with quotations for the purpose of tenders.
·      Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on time delivery & vouchers for Party payments.
·      Monitor and Co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to site/store on time.
·      Source, Select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers.
·      Purchase and issue order in accordance to specification.
·      Prepare daily, weekly & Monthly Report of Purchase material.
·      Find new parties for Raw & packaging Material.
·      Vendor Development/ Vendor Management, Finalize price with vendor.
·      Computer Proficiency, Strong Negotiation Skills, Communication skills and Spoken English, Pleasing Personality.
·      Purchase & Procurement of Material.
·      Material Management.
·      Supply Chain Management.

·      Direct Purchase of I.T., Project & Transport Equipment & all departments.
