Need Assistant Manager for a Finance Consulting and Auditing Firm

Designation - Assistant Manager
No of Post - 01
Job purpose: To provide reporting and governance support for Dealer discounting review.

Main Accountability:

1.       Prepare reports (pre-defined formats) from facts and observations provided by field staff.

2.       Co-ordinate with field staff and Control Room to ensure timely submission of reports to Senior

Management and client

3.       Assist in preparation of weekly and monthly Business Review deck for submission to clients

4.       Co-ordinate flow of information between staff and client to ensure timely fulfillment of

requests and resolution of complaints raised by client

5.       Supervise/ Mentor and randomly check work of Team Leaders (who manage field staff) to

ensure accurate and comprehensive reporting by field staff

6.       Perform independent Quality Audits at dealerships

7.       Attend Business meetings with clients to present and discuss exceptions/ good practices

observed at dealerships

8.       Train newly recruited filed staff, Senior Executives and Team Leaders on review processes

Educational Qualification: CA/ MBA with Internal Audit background
